Refund policy

At Iconw, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process To start a return, you can contact us at care@iconw.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), Iconw will cover the return shipping costs.
• Customer Remorse (Change of mind): If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
